Aussies frothing over 5K Foam Fest

Canada’s largest and most popular fun run, The 5K Foam Fest, had Australia frothing bubbles this summer attracting more than 30,000 adventure enthusiasts across five states and raising $40,000 for Make-A-Wish Australia in its inaugural year Down Under.

Confirming the success, event organisers have already announced the dates for the fun run’s return later this year.  West Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and East Melbourne will again host The 5K Foam Fest from November 30,2019 to February 16, 2020.  

With a dedicated national PR program supporting the event’s launch into Australia, 5K Foam Fest attracted oodles of media attention including a live broadcast during Channel 9’s The Today Show below.

Athletes and adventure enthusiasts of all abilities can take on more than 22 unique and exhilarating obstacles and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam as the popular five-kilometre obstacle course visits locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide from December 1 to February 16.

Suitable for anyone aged 8 years and above, the non-competitive 5K Foam Fest is already proving popular in Australia with almost half of tickets already sold within two months of announcing the tour dates.
